Mix your HYDEE sachet into 750ml of water and sip throughout the afternoon/evening. It helps top up essential electrolytes and helps you to pre-load your cells with what you will lose in tomorrows run. This means you will start your race optimally hydrated rather than on the back foot playing catch up.
DID YOU KNOW majority of athletes start their races dehydrated because they wait till during to top up their electrolytes yet just 2% dehydration can massively impact performance.
TIP: For best mixing, add a small amount of water to your bottle, tip in your sachet and give it a good shake, then top up with cold water.
