Standard Shipping: $5.99 NZD
Rural Shipping: $8.99 NZD
Free Shipping: For orders over $100 NZD within New Zealand.

Right now, we’re delivering HYDEE goodness to:
New Zealand: Nationwide, from city streets to countryside retreats.
Australia: Coming soon!
Other Destinations: Stay tuned—we’re working on it!

Delivery Timeframes
We’re all about getting HYDEE into your hands fast:
Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days.
Rural Areas: 2-3 business days (we know you’re worth the wait!).
Keep in mind, holidays, weekends, and courier delays might add a touch of extra time.

Order Processing
We process your order on the same business day—because we don’t believe in keeping you waiting. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details to follow your HYDEE on its journey.

Tracking Your HYDEE
Got your tracking number? Great! Use it to check in on your package through the courier’s website. Watching your HYDEE get closer is almost as exciting as trying it for the first time!
