Refund policy

We’re all about keeping you hydrated and happy. If your HYDEE experience isn’t everything you hoped for, don’t sweat it — we’ve got you covered! 
Reach out to us at hello@hydeeblends.com with your order number or full name, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. You can choose between a refund or a replacement, no hassle required.

Our Satisfaction Promise
We believe in HYDEE, and we want you to believe in it too. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on your first order of any blend. Here’s how it works:

- It’s been less than 30 days since your delivery.
- No more than three servings have been used.
- You’ve followed the usage directions.
- It’s your first time trying this blend.
- You haven’t returned more than two items before.

If you meet these criteria, here’s what to do:
- Email us at hello@hydeeblends.com to arrange a return.
- Cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund.

Heads up: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sales Periods
During sale periods we cannot exchange product if you change your mind on your order, only if it is damaged or incorrect (based on the exact order NOT changes requested in order notes as these can get missed in extremely busy periods.)
