We use Monkfruit which is an ancient Chinese fruit rich in antioxidants and is much sweeter than sugar, so only a small amount is needed for the same level of sweetness. It also doesn't upset the gut or have any unpleasant aftertaste like Stevia & artificial sweeteners.

No, we intentionally use the highest quality coconut water powder which is freeze dried, locking in the subtle sweetness of young coconut water so that it is not overpowering.
